3 Ways of Use

  • Improve Sleep

    • Utilize these glasses in the evening to mitigate the impact of blue light on your natural circadian rhythm. By blocking blue light, they help calm your nervous system. Wear them shortly after sunset or 1-2 hours before bedtime, and keep them on until you are ready for bed.

  • Reduce Eye Strain or Lack of Focus

    • If you're experiencing eye strain or lack of focus due to prolonged exposure to screens,  these glasses can offer relief and enhance focus. However, limit wear to no more than 2 hours during the morning or afternoon to prevent midday fatigue (Fine to wear for as long as you'd like in evenings).

  • Eliminating Jet Lag

    • These glasses can aid in reducing jet lag symptoms. Calculate the sunset time at your destination and begin wearing the glasses accordingly. For instance, if sunset is at 6 pm at your destination and it's 6 hours ahead of your current location, start wearing the glasses at 12 pm local time. Wear them throughout your time at the airport and on the plane to facilitate better sleep preparation and minimize jet lag effects.
